What we store

Combat logs: uploaded arcdps logs and the per-player records extracted from them (GW2 account names, characters, professions, performance). Raw logs are kept so history can be re-scored when the parser or ruleset improves. Accounts: if you log in, your Discord id and display name; if you link a GW2 API key, the key is stored encrypted at rest and used only to verify ownership and read guild rosters. Uploads: the uploader’s IP is recorded for abuse prevention.

What appears about you

Your GW2 account name can appear in logs other people upload — that is how arcdps logs work. Pages are unlisted by default (reachable only by exact link), and only a page’s owner can make it public. Internal roster-management flags are never shown publicly.

Your controls

Claim your page with a GW2 API key, then: set its visibility (including private), unlink or rotate the key at any time, or disown the page. Ownership and visibility changes are audit-logged.

Removal requests

If you never uploaded anything and want your account name removed from this instance, contact the operator (github.com/42atomys/readycheckme/issues) with the account name; the operator can remove or hide the associated records.
